Friction Clutch for a Miner Head Motor

This project was a partnership with a global motor manufacturer and excellent local fabricators to provide a friction clutch assembly that protects the input pinions on the gearbox of a continuous mining machine. This arrangement is adjustable as well so the breakaway torque can be fine tuned to the requirements of the machine.
